Hi, I'm Maryam. I'm a Neuroscience and Mental Health Specialist and the Founder of Neurominded, offering speaking, coaching and writing services. Mental health is my why and neuroscience is my how. I care deeply about improving mental health literacy for all - with the science to back it up. I was a research assistant working on an adolescent mental health study at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience for two years. I have an MSc in Neuroscience from King’s College London, which I completed in 2020. Prior to this, I completed a Pharmacology BSc (Hons) at the University of Hertfordshire in 2017 and have developed a love for everything neuroscience and mental health-related.
